I enjoy using different healing techniques while teaching that I feel intuitively drawn to in the moment. . From Angel or Oracle cards to essential oils or drawing on affirmations to guide your time on your mat- the possibilities are endless!!

Chakra Flow- a Yoga flow for the Chakras on March 26th 9-10 am.

Mommy and Me Yoga- A fun way to get silly with your little one as well as learn about breath. Kids are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal for savasana! This will be held at 4:30-5:15 pm March 25th.
